heli is done, the only thing that is not pro is the tail servo mount, it is a boom mount not in the frame,, the head with the erazor shaft gives more than 12 deg, but i set it 10 for now.
as you can see the antirotaion bracket is at the front,, but balance is OK,,, there is no buttom plate for this heli, i just fixed the rx to the side.
i swaped the ESC from my erazor untill i get a new one,,, .
For those will be asking about the tail drive ratio, it is the same as the erazor, because the head speed is almost the same using a 3450 kv motor and a 150T main gear.
The wieght of this heli is 890 grams fully loaded..

I am running 11T but with a 3450kv motor, so i think the head speed is low,, accordind to my calc, it is 2700rpm

i started this project back in 13/6/2012, with the sketch i attached in the first post,, i made two wood frames befor this metal one as trials,, frame width was 40mm, then i made it 20mm, then the final width 28mm,, each trial i made showed a design fault that need to be take care of.
the only two parts that i couldnt make is the boom holder and antirotaion bracket, it needs to be precise,, they are v2 version which is 22mm width, so i had to fill the gab with metal spacers as you saw in the pics,,, i made the frame, frame spacers, bearing blocls, motor mount and tail belt pullies and the special gear mount, the two frame sides were bolted together during fabrication, so all the drilling holes and openings are exactly the same in both sides.
it turns out that the bad tail bounce you saw in the video because of a bad servo type selection in the gyro menu

Took another video today,, it is all piro practice,,,, but unfortunately, befor flight i set timming to low which brought the head speed further down and the heli starts to wobble, i will put a 13T very soon.
my piros are a better now, i can make now 720s,,,,,, 720 at the end of the video
One of the main advantages in this frame is that you can change/replace the three cyclics servos very easy without the need to remove the bearing blocks as well,, in the original pro frame, the servos are fixed to the bearing holders, you have to fix them to the holders first and do the 90 arm setup then fix the holders to the frame because you will not be able to reach the buttom screws for the servos unless they are out of the frame,,, but in my design the rear two servos are fixed to spacers which are fixed to the frame, not attached to the bearings,, removing four screws and the two servos come out one piece, replcae/repaire then put it back .. just like that, also the front servo is fixed to the frame, it is rotated 90 degree and insted of fixing it to the bearing, i fixed it to the frame too
